IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE RULES and REQUIREMENTS BELOW YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DELETED OR DENIED. - We prefer our members be over the age of 18. Exceptions have been made but we assure you, if you are under 18, unless you can really impress us you are probably not going to get in. Therefore if you have another clan that you would like to join, please look into them more and check back here at a later point.
- We do not accept members who have been caught hacking by PB or any other cheat catching community. If you have been caught on some other game, or this game, at any time do not apply. It will simply waste your time and ours. All potential recruits are background checked as one of the first steps we take.
- We want to inform you, when you post. We will take note of your IP, we will cross check it with our own lists to ensure you are who you say you are and that you are even eligible for recruitment using any info we have available to us. If you do not agree to this, do not post your application.
- If you are inducted into XII you will be REQUIRED to use Ventrilo. If you cannot use a voice program then you cannot join. We are sorry we need to state this and understand some people prefer not to use secondary programs like Ventrilo, Teamspeak etc. But we must insist on this because it creates a stronger clan and is a must for good communication during matches. (SIDE NOTE) If you are deaf, mute, or have any other handicap that would prevent you from speaking, or hearing we will of course waive this rule for you.
- You need to speak and or read/write ENGLISH to join XII. In other words, some form of English comprehension needs to be known in order to communicate with most of our clan members. We do have a few non-English speaking members who can help those that are not "proficient" in English however if it is needed once in awhile. * ( help available specifically in French, German and Spanish at this time ) So do keep in mind you do not need to be a English Lit major, but just know enough to understand what is going on around you.
Now, here is a short list of things that might disqualify you from entry into XII that are included or beyond what is above:
- Hacking
- Excessive trash talking
- Past loyalty issues
- Extreme lack of activity
- General Incompatibility
These issues and many others are decided by us. To point, we review you. If you cannot meet the quality of member that we expect here, you do not get in. If you have issues with any of the above, this probably is not the place for you. This is not to say we dislike you, but you should probably look elsewhere for a clan.
