One of the ways we went about bringing these concepts into action was the initial recruitment goals of the clan. This was to bring in players who had family, jobs and other outside goals. Mature players who's ability in game was matched by ability in their daily lives. Players who understand what commitment is and who know how to pitch in when it is called for without being asked. With that philosohpy in mind, XII started to obtain players of exemplary talent and diverse origins. We like to look for members that have excelled in their other commitments and have ended up bringing these talents into our approach to competitive gaming as well.

XII prides ourselves on our excellence, not only within this clan but, with our lives in general. XII’s players understand that their goal here is to promote good conduct, a professional atmosphere and to help each other out when a situation calls for one of our particular abilities. Not just run around in a game and "show up" when asked.

XII is not just a clan, or a guild, but a real-life community with family that cares about each other. A community who's talents are not wasted among their brethren but put to use, and admired. For this reason, you may want to think about your commitment to us if you feel you might want to join. It is not to be taken lightly and the requirements are very high.
